Job description

Who we are

All Access Equipment is a leader in selling and servicing specialized access equipment in North America. Our main products include tracked Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), trailers, and articulating loaders. We are the exclusive distributor of CMC Aerial Lifts in North America and we love it! We have a passion for helping businesses work safely, efficiently and in some of the most hard to reach places you can imagine.

What we do

At All Access Equipment, we enable our customers to grow their businesses by offering a high-quality, unique product. We back that with our first class customer experience! Our Sales Operations team works with our vendors, customers, and our internal teams to ensure a smooth purchasing and delivery process.

The job

Our Service Technicians provide maintenance in the shop and in the field for our unique line of Aerial Lifts. These machines make use of electrical, hydraulic and intelligent sensor systems to provide the safest, smoothest Aerial Lift experience for our customers.

Our technicians test and prepare machines for delivery to customers, diagnose issues, and repair all aspects of the machine.

We provide preventive maintenance, annual inspections, and field service at the customer’s request.

High quality customer service is a big part of who we are. Our technicians also assist our customers in person and on the phone when they have questions or need service for their lifts.

This is an entry-level, full-time, hourly position with benefits.

The expectation is that you have some experience working on automobiles, aircraft or other types of heavy equipment. A strong desire to learn and grow in this industry will put you on the path to a great future!

Once qualified, Service Technicians may be asked to travel locally and within our territory (United States & Canada) to perform service in the field.

Who we are looking for

If you are highly motivated and love working on this type of equipment, this is the place for you! We love these machines, but we are much more than that. We are sharply focused on our customers and pay attention to every detail. When a hard problem comes up, we dig in hard until it's resolved.

If you’re an experienced mechanic, or equipment technician, this is a great opportunity to step up to the next level. This is a starter opportunity to take the leap into a broad and highly sought after industry. Our machines are a great combination of sensor networks (CANBUS), electrical controls, and hydraulic systems. Enough to keep you interested for a long time!
