Job Summary:
The Aerial Fiber Technician position is an experienced level Technician that should understand a large variety of systems and construction techniques related to outside plant aerial and underground installations. This position will report directly to the project Foreman to produce on time, within budget, project delivery while maintaining high levels of safety, quality and craftsmanship. Project execution should be done within the confines of company goals and vision in order to exceed client expectations. The Aerial Fiber Technician position may be asked to run a crew on projects to execute specific activities directed by the project Foreman or PM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Holds safety in high regards
- 3 Years minimum in outside plant cabling industry
- Experience running crews
- Expect high level quality craftsmanship
- Experience delivering projects
- Fiber installation / Termination / Splicing Experience
- Copper Feed Pair Termination Experience
- Comm Room Buildout Experience
- Familiar with Fluke Test Equipment
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 Years in outside plant cabling industry
- Good Communications Skills
- Understand Project Scope of Work
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- History of successful project performance resume in Low Voltage Industry
- Fiber installation / Termination / Splicing Expertise
- Copper Feed Pair Termination Expertise
- Proficient with Fluke Test Equipment
