Responsibilities:

Responsible for ensuring contract compliance is provided for contractors performing construction on the Owner's electric transmission system. Will ensure work is completed safely and to design specifications. The scope of work will vary from simple upgrades on substations to the construction of new substations. Responsible for identifying and assisting in the resolution of issues that could compromise the success of a project (e.g. design issues, material issues, contractor performance issues, access issues, customer issues).

Base Qualifications:

Associates in Civil Engineering or equivalent, with minimum 5 years of experience in Transmission line construction, Quality Assurance and Surveying equipment (specifically utilizing a transit/total station) OR equivalent experience in Utility Surveying. Leadership/compliance management experience is also a plus. Proficient at using a computer and Microsoft Office products. Ability to communicate and work with remote teams.
