Job Description
- Work in the Global Innovation Team (NowX) within one of the most innovative companies in the world
- Work with customers in the Solution Consulting role to listen to business requirements and support co-development engagements, early adopter pilots of sales of new products within ServiceNow's innovation portfolio
- Work with customers globally, on a global team engaging with Client Directors, AEs, account SCs, Solution Sales teams to support and drive customer engagements
- Drive customer engagement through successful early adopter pilots, first customer deployments for a new product and general early engagement on products pre-release through to generally available products
- Some travel will be a requirement of the job (likely 1-2 trips per month)
Qualifications
- Ability to be a self-starter, take initiative and drive towards goals and outcomes
- Also have the ability to engage with a broad team with strong positive attitude and team spirit focused on the customer
- 2+ years SC experience positioning and demoing SaaS
- 2+ years experience with ServiceNow's platform
- Ability to demo many different products on the ServiceNow platform to customers from all industries
- "Can-do" attitude to get things done and work in scenarios where products are still in development
- Good karma
