  • Responsible for the development and coordination of advertising and PR programs including on-property, traditional marketing channels, A/V and direct mail.
  • Executes and monitors effective advertising media schedules with on-property, audio visual, direct mail, website, and outdoor vendors in compliance with established Marketing Plan guidelines ensuring quality of advertising material, delivered in an efficient and timely manner
  • Prioritizes agency related projects through effective allocation of resources; oversees and monitors work flow, department and agency schedules, and communication with internal requesting departments to ensure fulfillment of media and production deadlines in a timely, quality, and cost effective manner
  • Assists the Advertising Supervisor with the monitoring of advertising budgets in compliance with established marketing department guidelines, and to ensure the achievement of property plan objectives
  • Supervises day-to-day work flow of agencies and vendors; participates in planning and strategic marketing decisions with Advertising Supervisor and outside agencies.
  • Participates in ongoing meetings with property departments to recommend appropriate and cost effective advertising programs consistent with the overall goals and priorities of the property strategic plan
  • Maintains consistent branding for on-property collateral in accordance with property marketing plan; manages placement and production process

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, must be fluent and literate in English
  • Ability to communicate effectively with outside agencies, vendors and other contacts, customers and all levels of employees
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of advertising, production and graphic design desired
  • Must have ability to budget, track and forecast expenses.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in all situations with co-workers, guests and vendors
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and mobility to move easily around entire property
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing second hand smoke, varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds and air quality
  • Successful or better performance against Performance Appraisal Standards
  • Teamwork – ability to work collaboratively with other departments and leaders to complete property/corporate initiatives and effective day to day operations
  • Compliance with all department, company, regulatory, and governmental requirements
  • Ability to meet deadlines and effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding work environment
  • Effectively coordinates the schedules of outside agency and vendor projects ensuring quality of advertising material, delivered in an efficient and timely manner
  • Successfully executes implementation of advertising programs including on-property, website, audio visual, print, direct mail, radio, television and outdoor and is responsible for the management and production process for advertising materials
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
