The Role
We are looking for an amazing Advertising Coordinator to join our team. This is a
support position working closely with our Ad Director, Sales, Creative Design, and
Production teams. It will require mostly office work but may include face-to-face
customer support as well. This is a rewarding opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
• Support our Advertising Director and Multimedia Sales Managers who sell dynamic marketing solutions to business advertisers.
• Provide support documentation for print and online advertising options customized to each client.
• Help facilitate digital reports and supporting data for new and existing clients.
• Assist in data entry for all clients.
• Provide outstanding customer service to improve client satisfaction and relationships.
• Support sales and creative team in meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects at once.
• Ability to work well under multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency with computers.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• A basic understanding of print and online advertising products is desirable.
• Accuracy is a must.
• Excellent customer service skills are required.
