WellSpan Health, an integrated health system that serves the communities of central Pennsylvania and northern Maryland, is seeking a full-time Hospitalist Advanced Practice Provider to join a growing team at WellSpan Chambersburg Hospital. About the Practice
- Seasoned and experienced APP preferred
- 7 shifts on / 7 shifts off – 7AM-7PM
- This position will be mainly at Chambersburg Hospital (closed CCU) with rotation to Waynesboro Hospital
- Work independently with an assigned collaborating physician available
- Attend interdisciplinary rounds daily
- Strong nocturnist team -meet with day team to do signoff from nightshift
- Closed CCU with pulmonary/critical care provider support
- Electronic scheduling with EZ Call
- Morning huddle with nocturnists, get patient assignments and plan for the day
- Peer review and team approach to care
- Ongoing opportunities to lead quality, safety, utilization and patient care projects
