Job Summary:


Radiance Medspa is now hiring an experienced AP Aesthetician. Job responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, providing new and existing patients with expert consultations by developing comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans, performing a wide variety of advanced aesthetics services, and educating clients on Radiance’s service and product offerings.

                                                                      

The successful candidate will advise Radiance Medspa’s guests on our service and product solutions, achieve sales targets, and differentiate Radiance as the market leader. Key components of this position include delighting guests with exceptional customer service; demonstrating a strong track record of conversion and retention through promotion and value; having up-to-date knowledge about Radiance Medspa’s products and services; and confidently educating patients on the benefits of Radiance’s products and services.


An AP Aesthetician will receive initial training in Radiance Medspa’s policies and procedures, and continuing education opportunities for advanced aesthetics services. Radiance Medspa aestheticians perform laser hair reduction, IPL/BBL photofacials, skin tightening, laser resurfacing, microneedling, Plasma IQ, dermal infusion, customized facials, chemical peels, and more.



Essential Responsibilities:

 

  • Educates clients on Radiance Medspa’s customized aesthetic service and home care, product-based solutions.
  • Utilizes financing options and loyalty rewards programs to create a loyal client base.
  • Perform consultations that develop comprehensive aesthetic treatment plans.
  • Perform a wide variety of advanced aesthetic services and meet regular performance metrics.
  • Consistently and meticulously documents client information and notes in software.
  • Conducts direct follow up phone calls and email outreach to guests with retention opportunities with the goal of rescheduling them for appointments.
  • Consistently meets and/or exceeds individual key performance metrics (i.e., sales, retail, rebook, retention goals).
  • Educates all non-members as to benefits of Radiance Medpsa’s loyalty program and consistently reinforces benefit of the program to current members.
  • Develops long-term relationships with guests to ensure all guests receive the best, most comprehensive care from Radiance.
  • Represents Radiance Values in all circumstances.


Requirements/Qualifications:


Education Level:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required


Experience/Qualifications Necessary:

  • Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Demonstrated strong sales skills including active listening, effective presenting, and handling objections.
  • Proven track record of ability to meet goals on product and service sales
  • Knowledge of modern office procedures and methods including telephone communications, computer systems, and record-keeping
  • Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
  • Flexible availability with a set schedule.
  • Able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, one evening shift per week, or alternating weekends (Saturday/Sunday).
  • Effective at time and workload management.
  • Able to work well with others as a team player.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to multi-task.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 products preferred but not required.
