POSITION SUMMARY The VIP Advanced Esthetician with/ Laser Certification and are responsible for performing a variety of facial and body treatments designed to increase, improve, or maintain the health and appearance of the skin. The Esthetician Specialist is a License Esthetician that also holds a Advance Aesthetics License and is responsible for performing a variety of facial and body treatments designed to increase, improve, or maintain the health and appearance of the skin.They are also responsible for following state and federal health and safety guidelines and creating a positive image of the company by following policies and protocols that are put into place as they are and as they are implemented. Key Performance Indicators Customer Satisfaction upon successful completion of treatments safely performedMeeting monthly sales goals $2000.00 in product and 3 upgrades or renewals Core Functions Conduct Laser Treatments: Perform a variety of laser procedures, such as laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, laser tattoo removal, and other advanced laser treatments, in a safe and proficient manner.
Skincare Consultations: Assess clients' skin conditions and concerns to recommend appropriate laser and non-laser skincare treatments that align with their goals and needs. Client Education: Educate clients on pre and post-treatment care, expected outcomes, potential risks, and follow-up procedures to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the treatments. Maintain Treatment Records: Document accurate and detailed records of client consultations, treatments performed, and any pertinent information for future reference and follow-up.
