RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, & EXPECTATIONS (This list is not all-inclusive)
Customer Service
- Show up every day with a neat and polished appearance.
- Maintain high customer service standards at all times. Go above and beyond to deliver a great experience to every patient.
- Ensure client retention by listening to patient needs to create and document the best care plan for each individual and deliver the best results.
- Stay current on all products and services so you can answer patient questions. Educate yourself using in-house and online training materials.
- Maintain your State of Oregon certification in good standing throughout your employment.
- Patient education consultations to identify patient needs for products and services that best serve them.
- Protect patient privacy; follow HIPAA and medical compliance guidelines.
Sales
- Recommending and selling patient-appropriate skincare and services is essential to this position.
- Meet with management regularly to review product, service, and membership sales targets.
- Be a passionate advocate for skincare services. Take great care of your skin; it's your best sales tool!
Daily Operations
- Always keep the treatment rooms to brand standards, including cleanliness, scent, music, lighting, and stocking products and marketing materials.
- Conduct consultations to determine patient goals and write treatment plans for services and products to meet patient needs.
- Take before/after photos for all aesthetic services.
- Utilizing scheduling and image-capturing devices and software.
- Thorough and detailed charting documentation.
- Maintain treatment rooms and work areas in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Help manage treatment room inventory.
- Cover the front desk as needed; be prepared to answer the phone, check patients in and out, and rebook.
- Perform other duties as requested. Be a strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Be proactive and contribute to the continued growth of the practice. As part of a team, your opinion is encouraged.
- Stay current on services and products and industry trends in medical aesthetics.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
