We're looking for a practitioner who's comfortable managing chronic illnesses in co-morbid, poly-pharmacy patients for our practice in Bluffton. We have a population of ~1300 patients you'll be taking over from our physician supervisor who's converting his practice to a concierge model.
We'll provide trained office staff, full billing, business development, and Clinical Support by our group's pathologists and clinical PharmD's. They'll be reviewing the complex cases for labs, screening diagnostics, and medication-related risk such as duplicate therapies, interacting drugs, etc. to help you prescribe safely, without having to take the 45 minute-1.5 hour per patient it takes to accomplish these reviews.
We'll provide the manpower necessary to maximize performance in value-based care, meaning we'll be generating revenues we can then pass along as bonuses to supplement your annual base.
We will consider recently-graduated candidates, based on overall experience and training.
