The College of Nursing and Health Care Professions is seeking a part-time Faculty Member for Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioners (AGACNP).
This role is located at our main campus - 33rd and Camelback in Phoenix, Arizona

What you will do:
- Teach one or more subjects within prescribed curriculum to facilitate and engage students in the learning process
- Compile bibliographies of specialized materials for outside reading assignments
- Stimulate class discussions
- Compile, administer, and grade examinations, or assign this work to others
- Remain current with new trends and development in his/her field of expertise
- Required to maintain the equivalent of a two courses per semester
- Attend two on campus student events (program related/student preparedness)
- Required to facilitate in the Adult GACNP On-Campus clinical residency experiences
What you need:
- Master's degree required (MSN), Doctoral preferred or pursuing
- Eighteen (18) hours of graduate study in a field relevant to teach responsibilities
- Two or more years of relevant nursing/medical experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner
- Unencumbered, current RN Licensure in Arizona or a compact state required
- Board certified ACNP or AGACNP
