As an Admission Education and Clinical Training Supervisor (AECTS), you are responsible for supervising the Access Center onboarding and continued training processes, as well as other day to day supervisor responsibilities within the Access Center. The AECTS will be responsible for the creation and continued maintenance of all training materials, knowledge bases, and ongoing documentation of all processes in the Access Center.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred is Master’s degree with clinical licensure

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating impactful new hire on-boarding and on-going education for Access Center staff
• Develops and maintains all education materials and documents not limited to manuals, knowledge bases, scripting, PowerPoint presentations, etc.
• Assists in on-going improvements to existing educations materials and classes
• Helps maintain records of the training materials and content covered during the onboarding process and continued education
• Manages the Relias training materials and compliance for all staff in the Access Center, assigning additional trainings as needed
• Oversees the upcoming facility onboarding schedules and facilitates training on new facilities for Access Center staff
