Responsible for the interpretation, processing and integrity of academic documents such as applications, high school college transcripts, and ACT/ SAT transcripts. Maintains students’ physical and electronic files and assures data accuracy and standardization. Communicates with students to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests of applications and transcripts, both in person and in writing.
