Position summary
As the Admissions Coordinator you are responsible for reception, responding to and nurturing potential new resident leads, and for transitioning inquiries into admissions to achieve 100% census for the communities you serve. This role works closely with Executive Marketing Team as well as leaders at the community.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Reception/Concierge
- Coordinate/Assist with tours for potential new residents
- Create and maintain robust contact/email list for each community
- Monitor and maintain social medical activity daily
- Assist with tracking and develops all leads in CRM program (MCM)
