Admissions Coordinator

Due to growing census, Family of Caring at Teaneck is looking for a dedicated people person who can serve as our Admissions Coordinator to assist the Director of Admissions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Work along side the Admissions Director at the following tasks:

• Record information concerning inquiries, admissions, and discharges
• Daily census reports and reporting
• Coordinate the inquiry process
• Facilitates the admission process including completing required paperwork
• Notification and reporting of admission updates
• Maintains monthly records of census and other necessary reporting records
• Remains in contact with new residents; perform 3-month post move-in visit, surveys residents for satisfaction
• Represents facility at community events, open houses other special and public relation events
• Works with Nursing Liaisons/Marketer with referrals/admissions

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be able to read and understand clinical paperwork
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Job Types: Part-time, PRN

Pay: $41,606.93 - $50,107.27 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
