***RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT CENTER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED***
We are looking for an Admissions Coordinator to work in the Admissions Department of our Residential Treatment facility. This position requires flexible hours and has primary responsibility for all front-end functions, including fielding inquiries, conducting pre-admission screenings, verifying benefits, completing Intake paperwork and scheduling client admissions based upon bed availability.
The Admissions Coordinator shall receive referral calls and web inquiries, handle them courteously and appropriately, and enter them into the appropriate databases. The Admissions Coordinator is primarily responsible for completing all Intake paperwork and entering clients information into the appropriate spreadsheets.
The Admissions Coordinator will also be responsible for fielding phone calls and directing them to the appropriate department, maintaining an organized and clean workspace and ensuring all Admissions related documents are kept current.
Our agency is looking for someone who is willing to go the extra mile because the Admissions Department requires someone who is dedicated to placing clients who are in need as soon as a bed becomes available. The ideal candidate would be willing to invest themselves with our agency as we work to meet the needs of clients suffering from Substance Use and Mental Health Disorders.
Experience with Admissions in the Substance Abuse Treatment Center field required. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and general computer operations preferred.
