Adecco is helping a local Truck Driving Institute hire an Admissions Assistant/Support!
Requirements:
Pay Details: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour

Requirements:
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Previous Office experience
- Computer Skills
- Hours: M-F, 8 am-5 pm
- Paid weekly on Fridays
- Assist Admissions with Enrollment Documents copies, and collect required documents from applicants.
- Keep inventory of supplies
- Make appointment confirmation calls
- Assist Admissions with Recruitment Items and Events-Attend recruitment events and assist in setup and take down, Put student backpacks together with selected items
- Assist Student Services with Student Enrollment Paperwork- Scan complete progress reports into the database, File complete student folders properly, and data entry.
- Cover front desk as necessary (reception)- Answer phones, transfer calls, take messages & assist walk-ins
