Essential Functions:
- Utilize electronic system for reports and file maintenance.
- Maintain schedule for supervisor(s), including travel and hotel arrangements.
- Assist in pre-hire documents or requirements of new staff.
- Compile and submit state reports to the state offices or designated entities.
- Utilize the computer tracking system, along with maintaining information in the electronic database.
- Assist the Director with licensing renewals, Request for Proposals (RFP) and contracts.
- Train and provide support to secretaries in the region.
- Assist with new office set-ups.
- Maintain The Bair Foundation’s employee portal for the assigned state(s) regarding forms, policies and trainings that impact the employees of that state.
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Two years of administrative experience.
- Must be proficient in MS Outlook, Excel and Word.
- Must be well organized and proofread accurately.
- Strong verbal/communcation and orginizational skills.
