Recruiter/Scheduler
Responsibilities:
- Being the Recruiter/Scheduler for assigned cases to oversee delivery of care services to meet clients' needs. Coordinates with staff and providers as needed to ensure client’s care
- Responsible for recruiting caregivers, follow up and update hiring status;
- Conduct interviews, Hiring assessments of caregiver candidates;
- Complete all necessary new hires on-boarding tasks and documentations and maintenance of such in system;
- Schedule caregiver to directed by the Care Manager;
- Able and willing to be on-call during weekends
- Work with CEO and other colleagues to recruit caregivers from various sources;
Experience Required:
- Demonstrates knowledge of in-Home Care management, plan of care, measurable outcomes.
- Other skills include: analysis, assessment communication, counseling, interpretation of policy, interviewing, knowledge of applicable laws, networking, organization, planning, problem identification, resolution, research, scheduling, staff development, and reassessment of client clinical functioning.
