We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant Administrator. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Pastor and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have experience in a church setting, possess excellent customer service skills, and have a strong background in clerical duties.
Duties include:
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, typing, and data entry
- Assist with office management duties including maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Create newsletters, prepare bulletins, create flyers, and event Facebook pages.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a church office setting is highly preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite including Publisher
- Experience with Canva preferred
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with Social Media management preferred
