CTR Group is seeking an ADMINISTRATOR for a Home Health Agency in Fredericksburg, VA. Great career opportunity with outstanding benefits.
Salary Range: $70K - $85K annually with Excellent Benefits.
SUMMARY:
The Administrator will administer, direct, and coordinate all administrative, and financial, activities of the Home Health Agency. He or she will supervise the entire organization, manage all day-to-day operations, and directly supervise the Clinical Manager.
He or she will be in charge of fiscal planning, by budgeting and managing operations, ensure the implementation of organizational policies and procedures, and ensure that the Agency employs qualified personnel, including the development of personnel qualifications and policies.
He or she will ensure that skilled nursing and other therapeutic services furnished are under the supervision and direction of a physician or a Registered Nurse. He or she will also ensure appropriate staff supervision during all operating hours.
The Administrator will have access to all client medical records and client financial accounts, personnel records, and Agency financial records.
The Administrator will serve as the Agency's Disaster Coordinator and as corporate compliance officer and HIPPA Privacy Officer.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be a Licensed Physician, a Registered Nurse, or hold an undergraduate degree.
- Must have experience in health service administration and at least 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home healthcare or related healthcare program within the last 5 years.
- Criminal background check is required.
- Travel is required by car or plane to local, out-of-town or state seminars and conferences.
