Job Title: Administrative/Personal Assistant

Direct Report: Lisseth DeGracia, Founder & CEO & Constance Lewis, RN Nurse Manager

Position: Full time

Compensation: Salaried

Location: Greater MN area base with potential opportunity to travel intermittently as the company expands. In person hours will be at our Office/Warehouse located in Arden Hills, MN.

Job Summary: Dynamic Drips is looking for a talented individual to put their administrative and interpersonal skills to work in an exciting and positive non-traditional role! This role will be expected to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner.. Do you have an eye for aesthetically pleasing things, pay attention to detail, have great organizational skills, and love making connections with clients? We are looking for an Administrative/Personal Assistant who holds himself or herself to a high standard, has a do-whatever-it-takes mindset, is easily coachable and adaptable.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

● Provide coordination of various communications that support day-to-day operations

● Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
● Devise and implement office filing system
● Source office supplies.
● Develop presentations, reports, and briefs.
● Prepares agendas, notices, meeting materials, outlines, ect.
● Coordination of travel arrangements/locations for meetings, set up and management of virtual meetings, minutes/notes for meetings.
● Coordinates other various calendars within the company.
● Manage personal tasks for CEO/Nurse Manager
● Run errands as necessary including shipping packages, gifts, products, etc.
● Organize meals, events and activities for team building company gatherings.
● Miscellaneous office tasks and other duties as assigned
● Event planning assistance
● Processing and handling mail, bills, correspondences.
● Develops and implements office procedures to maintain systems and records, including management of accounts receivable/payable.

Qualifications:

● Capable of working independently, demonstrate critical thinking skills
● Comfortable accepting change and encouraging those around you to engage in ongoing process improvement
● Proficient with Microsoft Office as well Google docs.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Ability to anticipate needs and next steps.
● Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, with effective decision making..
● Must be willing to work on site up to 75-80% of the time if needed.
● Position is a hybrid traditional in-office and remote setting.
● This position primarily requires attendance/focus Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 PM but may have intermittent evenings and weekend needs as events require.
● Ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs.
● Knowledge of the techniques and the ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.

● Establishing and/or maintaining positive relationships with new, and existing, company accounts with vendors.

● Work closely with appropriate vendors to resolve all discrepancies in a timely manner.

● Excellent public relations, and interpersonal skills.
