Administrative/Inventory Clerk - Kansas City, KS

This is a full-time, salary non-exempt position.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Answer phones and greet incoming visitors.

  • Driver sign in

  • Review and enter all receiving paperwork into Oracle daily.

  • Warehouse movement of product using oracle daily.

  • Ship confirm orders daily.

  • Enter batch sheets from previous day production.

  • Enter bag weight gains/losses on inventory, material loss reports, and including shrink as needed.

  • Coordinate month end responsibilities to reduce accounting discrepancies.

  • Make sure all entries are entered (batches, receipts, adjustments, orders)

  • Make sure all reports are within range of tolerance.

  • Coordinate and lead quarterly physical inventories and reconciliation.

  • Review ANI Expected Receipts Report and investigate any past open purchase orders, requisitions, and inter-org transfers.

  • Provide copy monthly to plant personnel and address past dues.

  • Maintain batch review report.

  • Print batch review report weekly, investigate and document variances, get manager approval and send to Regional and Administrative Managers weekly.

  • Review weekly adjustments journal and provide for manager approval.

  • Provide signed copy to Regional and Administrative Managers weekly.

  • Review and maintain ANI Negative Inventory report and investigate any inventory variances.

  • Review open order report and provide to warehouse for sign off weekly.

  • Maintain and scan necessary reports and paperwork.

  • Crosswinds drives current.

  • Records Management training for the location and maintain files according to program.

  • Filing and other miscellaneous administrative functions.

  • Additional backup functions within office personnel and other locations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented.

  • Strong computer skills.

  • Working experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.

  • Experience in Oracle based programs desired but not required.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.

  • Team player with every aspect within our organization.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Safety Conscience.

Position is Monday – Friday

Overtime and weekends may be necessary with supervisor approval.
