Our Maintenance department is currently seeking a Mechanic.
The pay range for this position is $18.00- $20.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicant’s education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.
Be ready to:
- maintain the grounds and parking lots at HQ, Gilmore Pointe, and Winton Center
- assist in repair of all maintenance trucks, mowers, plows, spreaders, and all other equipment needed to maintain the grounds and parking lots.
- perform all snow and ice removal to ensure the safety of CFC associates and tenants during inclement weather
- perform oil changes and basic maintenance on all vehicles and equipment
- assist in maintenance of Security vehicles for their 24/7/365 use
- assist all departments with special or extraordinary needs

You’ve earned:
- High school education
- Mechanical experience or training (preferred)
