Administrative Secretary/Bookkeeping

Hello and thanks for viewing our post. We're family owned and have two locations in Central KY. This job is at our Stanford KY location.

At this time we are looking for a secretary to join our close-knit team. We are looking for timeliness, motivation, professionalism, confidentiality and organization.

This position includes:

- Filing, data entry, faxing, emailing, scanning, copying etc.

- Moderate use of a computer and programs like excel, word, etc.

- Helping monitor office supplies & reporting low quantities

- Directing incoming emails, calls & faxes to the corresponding departments

- Assisting setup for company wide luncheons/events

- Sorting incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail

- General accounting tasks such as applying payments, emailing/printing requested invoices, updating customer addresses/phone numbers, etc.

- Assisting the sales, parts and accounting department as needed

Job Type: Full-Time; First Shift

Hours: Full time Monday - Friday 8am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-12pm.

Pay is based on experience.

Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent

Salary: From $14.00 per hour
