Administrative & Sales Assistant Med Spa

LivSmooth Laser Hair Removal has a unique and exciting opportunity for a professional Administrative & Sales Assistant to be the right hand of our Clinic Director and the operational organization hub in our Tallahassee location!

Your role is paramount to our success as you will often be the first voice a potential client hears and the first face they see!

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service both on the phone and in person
• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and positive manner
• Answer incoming calls to book appointments and answer questions
• Make outbound phone calls to confirm appointments and assist Clinic Director with promotional calls
• Perform opening and closing duties
• Maintain a clean work environment by assisting in cleaning, laundry, and general daily clinic upkeep
• Provide administrative support through emails, reports, processing transactions, etc.
• Provide consultations to potential and existing clients in the absence of Clinic Director
• Assist in outbound marketing efforts as needed

Requirements:

• Intermediate computer skills
• Customer Service experience
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Passionate about LHR
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Team mentality but able to work independently as well
• Bilingual is a Plus but not required

Compensation

• $17/hour + up to 1% sales bonus on total clinic revenue
