Job Description:

As an Administrative Recruiter at Clae Goldman Team. You will play a key role in attracting and selecting top talent to join our team. You will also be responsible for managing administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Compensation:

$32,000

Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and assist with onboarding processes.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
  • Assist with special HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Recruitment Planning:

  • Create and implement recruitment plans tailored to different roles and departments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize recruitment software and tools to streamline the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to forecast staffing needs and plan accordingly.

Qualifications:
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus
  • Shows ability to quickly finish very detailed work
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred


  • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a strong background in administrative tasks.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Google sheet and familiarity with recruitment software.
  • Entry level
