Rust Bullet, LLC is the manufacturer and distributor of the Rust Bullet brand of superior, high-performance, rust inhibitive, corrosion control, and protective coatings. Rust Bullet sells to customers and distributors around the world. We are looking to hire a Customer Support Specialist. This position will include answering phone calls and communicating via email, with potential and current customers and distributors, to provide support by answering questions, taking orders, and providing general Customer Service that will encourage overall sales and successful customer experiences.

The position requires prompt and dependable attendance, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. The successful candidate will be conscientious, detail oriented, ambitious, well organized, have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), be fluent in English, have basic math skills, able to learn about our products quickly, able to learn our processes and procedures involved in Order Management, be proficient in Microsoft Office and have the desire to provide outstanding Customer Service.

Key Tasks:

• Learn about company products, uses, benefits, and features.
• Learn procedures for order entry, order processing, shipping, sales, and support services.
• Acquire a fundamental knowledge of technical issues and basic problem resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, company websites, and third-party partner B2B portals.
• Work with staff on challenging customer problems and technical support issues and follow through to conclusion.
• Provide basic relationship development to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

Compensation: Starting wage $19.00 per hour, scheduled holidays off with pay, annual PTO, and optional health benefits.
