As an Administrative Coordinator, you will serve as the receptionist and general Administrative Coordinator handling a wide variety of tasks from greeting guests, arranging catering for meetings, ordering supplies, monitoring expense reports, and addressing general customer issues to help daily operations run smoothly. This is a fulltime, in-office position.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $20 - $22/hr. Based on Experience
What you will be doing:
- Greet all guests and inform proper staff of their arrival.
- Order office supplies and deliver mail/packages throughout the building.
- Maintain all conference rooms with setup and cleanup.
- Provide immediate support for all building related emergencies/needs.
- Problem-solve any issues that may arise unexpectedly during the day.
- Collecting receipts and updating expense report information for members of upper management.
- Order lunches for onsite/offsite meetings, conferences, and all employee catering.
- Assist with any day-to-day administrative tasks or projects as needed.
- All other duties as assigned by management.
What are we looking for?
- This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have one to three years of experience in reception and/or customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and other general office equipment.
- Ability to proactively research and resolve problems.
- Organized thinker with attention to detail.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to effectively organize and prioritize work as well as concentrate on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to display a positive attitude and be a team player.
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external partners.
