A Service and Repair Company located in Farmingdale, NY is looking for a full-time Administrative Coordinator. All duties are to be performed in the local office during business hours.
- Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Prepare and track purchases -
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Scheduling and organizing billing
- Maintain filing system
- Collections
Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Note: This position may also involve providing customer support as needed.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
