Administrative Case Manager

Pyramid Healthcare in Lancaster is looking for candidates to help provide quality care to our clients. Pyramid Healthcare has an extensive history of providing high-quality outpatient treatment in eastern Pennsylvania. Pyramid Healthcare is an invaluable resource to adults and teens suffering from substance use, mental health, and/or eating disorders.

Scope of Position & Technical Competency -:

• The Administrative Office Coordinator oversees the administrative operations.
• Provide receptionist duties to the clients and visitors.
• Provides administrative support to psychiatric staff
• Preparing charts
• Collecting copays
• Scheduling appointments
• Medical record requests
• Responsible for all clinical and administrative records
• Maintaining office equipment.
• This role purchases office supplies, handles petty cash, and weekly bank deposits.
• Other duties as deemed necessary.

Technical Competencies:

• Accuracy of data entry.
• Ability to work with clinical staff and psychiatric staff.
• Ability to work with difficult phone calls in a calm and respectful manner.
• Demonstrates good customer service skills.
• Demonstrates good decision making

Education, Experience:

Bachelor Degree required. Minimum of 2-3 years in a Healthcare setting. Excellent interpersonal communication

skills and knowledge of community and state wide referral options.
