Caregiver must be flexible, willing to assist clients with a variety of needs and willing to drive to clients’ homes. Our service area includes, but is not limited to: Elk Grove, Sacramento, Rancho Cordova, Fair Oaks, Carmichael, Gold River, Roseville, Rocklin, Lincoln, Auburn, and so much more!
Job Description includes:
- Provide 1-on-1 in-home care to a variety of clients with different physical and mental conditions
- When not providing care, assist with caregiver hiring, training, and some admin work
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Licensed/certified CNA/HCA/HHA – with at least one year experience providing direct care
- Comfortable providing care to both male and female clients
- Driver’s License and proof of insurance with a reliable vehicle
- Pass required background checks and provide references
- Ability to work and drive to various work locations in Placer & Sacramento Counties
- Ability to work in a home with pets
- Good written and oral communication skills – able to read/understand multiple care plans
- US work authorization required
