Job description

360 RBT, Inc., a family of B2B brands (including ANA•LITK and My Valuable Business), intends to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant. The right candidate is a driven team player with strong communication and organizational skills who is ready to jump in and get started.

The company is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant with at least 3 years of experience in office administration. The Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Director of Administration of 360 RBT, Director of Operations of 360RBT and the CEO of Analitk, LLC.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain office calendar
  • Coordinate and deploy employee engagement efforts
  • Create projects and associated actions
  • Track and communicate on project schedules and project statuses
  • Track and communicate on project budgets
  • Coordinate with vendors
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Coordinate printing and delivery of print projects
  • Assist with the preparation of sales-related documents
  • Follow-up on contract documents and deposits
  • Input data and maintain contact, sales and marketing databases
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office administration experience preferred
  • Familiarity with Mac OS
  • Expertise with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PPT)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and friendly team player
  • Must be a driven team player who can work collaboratively
  • Candidate should be a legal US resident

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
