Job Profile Summary:
Perform department support through management of clerical duties, scheduling, and other department tasks. Maintain data bases and generate reports. May do client scheduling and receptionist duties.

Principle Responsibilities
- Perform clerical tasks.
- Complete tasks such as typing, preparation of documents, mailing.
- Answer phones and make client / business associate calls.
- Maintain client and department records.
- Perform billing tasks, and compile data.
- Maintain databases.
- Generate reports.
- Provide department support.
- May schedule patient / client visits.
- May perform receptionist and check-in function.
- May order supplies and equipment.
- May coordinate calendars and schedule meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age with education and/or experience needed to meet required functional competencies as listed on the job description, and High school diploma or GED preferred
- 0 to 2 years in customer service and / or administrative support required and
- 0 to 2 years in Microsoft Office functions required and
- 0 to 2 years in electronic medical record experience preferred
