Vineyard Community Church is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant who desires to support pastoral staff in their work of helping others grow in a love relationship with Jesus.

General Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the pastoral staff including, but not limited to:
- Event support (planning, registration management, coordination, and scheduling)
- Volunteer scheduling
- Data Entry and Process support (Updating and Generating reports from the church database)
- Create social media graphics (with the help of our full time graphic designer)
- Social Media management
- Other admin duties as assigned
Qualifications and Education:
- Must be a devoted follower of Jesus.
- 1-3 years experience working in an administrative capacity.
- Must be a self-starter, process-minded, task-oriented and resourceful (be a problem solver)
- Must be creative and experienced with basic layouts for print media (mailers, cards, etc.)
- Must have experience with database systems; iWorks suite, Quickbooks and Canva preferred.
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be familiar with Mac systems (Pages, Numbers, Keynote) and Google Workspace.
- Must be a lifelong learner and have a teachable spirit.
