Responsibilities

Client Communication: Engage with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.

Administrative Support: Assist with policy processing, documentation management, and other administrative duties.

Customer Service: Ensure clients receive prompt and courteous service, building trust and loyalty.

Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details.

Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and meetings for clients and team members.


Requirements
