Job Description: Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Target Bill Rate: *** (HM will allow submission over the target bill rate but it cannot exceed *** and the candidate must have stellar experience).
Work Location: Hybrid (with physical work location being 80 Park Plaza, Newark, NJ)
Responsibilities:
This contractor will provide support to several Directors across the Human Resources Department, including scheduling meetings, paying invoices, processing expenses, managing mail, and coordinating logistics for various events (e.g., securing rooms, ordering food).
Work in PowerPoint and Excel to create and edit presentations and manage data reporting.
Providing logistical and administrative support for several department-level processes/events including time reporting, out-of-state work oversight, career fairs, new hire onboarding and orientation, bulletin board compliance, and talent management assessments.
Generates reports, handles multiple projects.
Creates and maintains a Department calendar of events.
Maintains and updates various SharePoint sites.
Requirements:
A minimum of 4 years providing administrative support in an office setting or corporate environment
