Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic Admin Specialist with a passion for cars and creativity to join our team. This role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our shop's services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns that effectively communicate our value proposition and special offers.
- Leverage digital and traditional marketing channels to increase shop visibility and attract new customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Engage with our community and customers on social media platforms, promoting our services and special offers.
- Organize promotional events or sponsorships to boost brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the automotive, customization, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills, with the ability to use data to inform all decisions.
- Passion for cars and knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
