The Adjunct Health and Nutrition Instructor responsibilities include, but are not limited to, providing instruction for students enrolled in courses at Lamar State College Port Arthur, including dual credit high school students. Schedules vary depending on campus needs and may include day, evening, and/or weekend classes, and online classes. Flexible scheduling and online work arrangements are available (depending upon course type and configuration).
Minimum Qualifications:Master’s Degree in Family and Consumer Science, Biology, or a related field or a Master’s Degree and a minimum of 18 graduate semester credit hours in Family and Consumer Science, Biology, or a related field.
