SalaryAddictions Counselor Position Summary:
The Counselor will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to ensure quality substance use disorder treatment is provided to all patients in accordance with federal, state, & local laws and regulations. This position requires a minimum of a Bachelor's in a Human Service degree & individuals to be certified, licensed, in process or eligible to obtain certification and/or licensure. Onsite and virtual Clinical Supervision is provided for APSC certification (ADC/AADC).
Main Responsibilities:
- Case management
- Providing individual & group counseling
- Conducting screening & assessments
- Clinical documentation
- Crisis-intervention as appropriate
- Coordinating care for patients on caseload
- Providing referrals to patients as needed
- Drug screening collection
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 – 40 per week
