Physical Therapist Responsibilities:

1. Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' physical and functional limitations.
2. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to address patients' specific needs and goals.
3. Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and modalities to enhance patients' mobility and reduce pain.
4. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and techniques for home-based care.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
7. Stay current with advancements in physical therapy and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Qualifications:

1. Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
2. Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
3. CPR certification.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
6. Experience with a variety of patient populations and conditions is a plus.
