About Us

Established in 1995, Hema-Tec, Inc. (HTI) is a family owned and operated company that has been specializing in providing acute inpatient dialysis services to Michigan and Northern Ohio hospitals for over 25 years. Being a private, locally managed company, we do not answer to financial investors or stockholders, which allows us the opportunity to concentrate on the things that are important to running a successful business- our relationships with not only our contracted hospitals, but also our team members. At Hema-Tec, Inc. we believe that in order to provide the best service to our customers it starts with having the most dedicated, professional team members in the business. We provide all of our team members with the necessary tools to perform their jobs to the best of their ability. We are attentive to their needs and suggestions and try to cultivate a team atmosphere. In turn our team members are able to provide the best possible care to our patients without distractions. This is one of the main reasons we have seen so much success in recent years, in addition to maintaining some of the highest team member retention rates around.
