Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for Actuarial Analyst in Renton, WA. (Remote) 

Title: Actuarial Analyst
Role: Remote
Location: Renton, WA.

Job Summary:
This individual contributor is primarily responsible for providing support for researching and determining the likelihood of financial risk to the organization, reviewing actuarial documentation for accuracy, supporting product line evaluation and actuarial modeling, and supporting financial risk and opportunity analyses.

Essential Responsibilities:
The candidate must possess strong project management skills and an ability to work independently. Naturally, as an actuarial student, the candidate will be solid technically and analytically. The small staff is expected to complete three filings (individual PPO, small group HMO, small group PPO) timely and accurately. The candidate will work closely with the Executive Director at the direction of the Manager to improve supporting documentation.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in mathematics or related field AND Minimum two (2) years actuarial experience.  Additional equivalent work experience in a directly related field may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• Passed at least 4 actuarial exams toward an ASA or ACAS certification.
