Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing activities for individuals with special needs, and those in behavioral health settings. Adult Activities
- Provide support and supervision during activities to ensure the safety and well-being of participants.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a positive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation of participant attendance and progress.
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity areas.
Skills:
- Experience working with individuals with mental health dx. and those in behavioral health settings.
- Knowledge of PCC or other medical record systems.
- Familiarity with sterile processing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with participants, families, and staff members.
