Activities & Private Rental Coordinator- Trilogy at Redmond Ridge (Redmond, WA)
- Positive customer service is a key component of this position
- Able to relate to all in the community and work as part of a team
- A creative person who can implement activities upon supervisor approvals
- Detail-oriented, organized, ability to multitask
- Able to lift 30lbs. & setup rooms for events
- Light Audio/Visual Literate
Job Duties:
- HOAMCO manages this mobile home association whose residents are interested in a variety of Activities & challenges to keep them busy and entertained
- You would work closely with the Director of Lifestyle & Events to facilitate all day to day activities and special events
- Coordinate Private Rentals for members & the public, plus activities both within the community as well as accompanying members on offsite events
- Create event flyers, Monthly Activity booklets
- Helping with daily duties as well in the Member Services Office
