Responsibilities:
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner
- Complete required documentation as assigned
- Contribute to resident care planning preparation
- Provide individual programming as assigned
- Maintain recreation department supplies and equipment
- Work with volunteers as assigned
- Assist with planning and leadership of special events
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the practical application of recreation service programs
- Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and to work cooperatively with other employees at all levels
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
