Role: Snowflake Data Engineer

Location: New York, NY / Pittsburgh, PA Hybrid

Duration: Long Term Contract

Job Description:

Additionally, Python/PySpark is required

• Minimum of 6 to 9 years IT experience in Data warehousing, ETL of which at least 3+ years of experience in Snowflake.
• Strong programming language using Snowflake, Snow SQL and Snow pipe is a must
• Must have good work experience in ADLS, ADF & Data processing in Azure cloud and other RDBMS/appliances
• Experience in handling semi-structured (XML/JSON) data in Snowflake.
• Experience in Stages/Streams/Tasks/External Tables is a mandate.
• Understanding of RBAC.
• Experience in creating Snowflake Procedures/UDFs.
• Experience in Query Optimization techniques.
• Strong experience in SQL and advanced SQL.
• Good to have experience in Azure Storage concepts.
