Position Highlights:
The Active Directory Administrator is responsible for the Active Directory environment to assist with design, test and implement Windows Active Directory solution for Moffitt Cancer Center. Upgrade Active Directory to current standards. Provide transition instruction, documentation and tier three technical support to the production environment. Design and implement complex identity management solutions utilizing tools such as PKI, ADFS, and Azure AD Connect

Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with senior engineers on their project initiatives to meet department and organizational goals.
- Maintain, secure and update Active Directory production environment
- Working closely with internal teams to implement GPOs, performance tuning as relates to activities from Windows 7/10 and Windows Server
- Perform Daily health checks of Active Directory. Use multiple tools to analyze Domain Controller servers for best performance while adhering to best practice standards and guidelines.
Credentials and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree – field of study: Computer Science, Information Systems, Communication, or related technology field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in managing Windows Domains using Active Directory. Thorough understanding of Domain/Forest trusts, Replication, NTFS/ACL permissions, Group Policies, etc. Must be proficient in at least one of the following operating systems: Windows Server 2008/2008 R2, 2012/2012 R2, 2016.
- OR- Associate’s degree with an additional two (2) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 7 years) experience may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelors degree.
- OR- High School Diploma with an additional four (4) years of relevant technology experience plus the five (5) years (for a total of 9 years) experience may be considered "in lieu" of a Bachelors degree.
