```Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our team. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a positive and engaging learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students and possess a strong knowledge of Acrobatics and its connection to dance!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Create a safe classroom environment and one that aligns with the dance studio's overall vision and mission
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Implement behavior management techniques to promote positive student behavior
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and assessments
-Communicate effectively to studio owner, dance parents, and other staff members.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students in a teaching or childcare setting
- Strong knowledge of subject matter and curriculum standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and student behavior
